We strive to achieve total customer satisfaction in our sales and after sales departments allowing us to live up to our slogan “Where you will do a good deal better” Role Purpose:     Manage busy Aftersales Department and team Develop and agree on sales plans and budgets to achieve marketing, sales, and financial targets. Implement effective policies and procedures to maximise sales opportunities. Inspire, provide leadership and effectively manage all staff Ensure delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility. To work effectively with all other key personnel within the dealership to establish and implement best practice and ensure our customers receive exceptional customer service.   Candidate should: Have existing experience in a similar role Have strong people skills Have strong computer skills including ADP experience Be Self-motivated, enthusiastic, results-oriented. Have a strong interest in Cars and the motor industry. Be diligent, with a flexible work approach. Have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Work well under pressure. Be punctual and presentable. Requirements A Technical background would be an advantage. Must be fluent in English and have excellent Communication and Organisational skills.   Location Ballinasloe Payment TBC or DOE Category Motors, Retail.
