Opportunity to transform the workplace technology for a leading Telco Company
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Transformation Manager to lead a dynamic team. Our client's current workplace environment is in need of an upgrade across all aspects of technology suite. You will therefore be given the opportunity to transform the workplace technology for a leading Telco Company and have a significant impact on the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Transform all aspects of workplace technology to provide employees with flexible device options, secure access anywhere, up to date Windows operating systems and cloud based productivity tools assessable from anywhere
Lead the delivery for complex end user computing portfolio for Digital Workplace technology services that includes Desktops, Mobile Phones, Desktop Software, Workplace Virtualisation and Printing.
Build successful relationships with key stakeholders and C-level clients
Responsible for ensuring that solution options presented to business stakeholders are well understood in terms of alignment with business requirements.
Drive an innovation agenda and identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technology.
Workplace support for 5000 employees
All workplace back end infrastructure (exchange, AD, collaboration, SCCM etc)
Delivery of cloud based productivity tools assessable from anywhere
Skills and Experience:
5+ years management experience
Considerable experience building successful relationships with key stakeholders and C-level clients
Experience in delivery and support of Workplace services including: Desktop Operations, Office 365, Digital Workplace
Expert communication and negotiation skills required to deliver projects within complex cross-functional environments
Ability to understand and communicate the alignment between business requirements and solution architectures or designs.
Proven experience of delivering complex and large-scale systems and migration projects
Ability to think and direct strategically and conceptually.
Experience in migrations and rollouts with application rationalisation activities and across multiple interstate retail outlets.
