ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide on job training to the plant controller, internal control coordinator and develop the entire risk control sense at plant level
2. Design the internal control points that compliance with global standard procedures
3. Lead the self-audit procedures evaluate the results from plants and drive the control plan with proper feedback
4. Coordinate the work of global internal audit team and external audit firm on annual audit and compliance audit
5. Perform special on-site audit and drive the improvement of financial goals
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A Bachelor degree or above with major course in accounting, finance or internal control
2. Fluent in both English and Chinese is a must
3. Internal audit experience from Big 4 or similar work experience from automotive industry company is a must
4. Problem solving ability with strong methods and techniques of auditing
5. Knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP / IAS)
6. Ability to work under stressing situation without losing focus on objectives
7. Always maintain educated behavior and contribute to establish a good working environment
8. Over 5 years working experience
9. Willing to travel
