Responsible for managing finance and ensuring effective cash flow

A fast growing SME with a niche market in which they are rapidly becoming the dominant player with double digit growth.
Description
The Finance Manager will be taking responsibility for the core accounting aspects of Finance. Our client has lean margins and a key aspect of your role will be to manage the cash flow effectively as the business grows and scales up.
You'll be responsible for the monthly management accounts, balance sheet recs, quarterly VAT returns and mentoring two member of staff.
As the business grows you're responsibilities may evolve and someone who is looking to broaden their skill set and take on more responsibility would be welcome.
Profile
Our client is looking for a qualified accountant with experience in leading a small team.
You need to have experience of working in a growing SME business to demonstrate your experience of change that comes with growth. Experience gained in a business under £50m T/O during a period of significant growth would be ideal.
You will be an experienced Finance Manager who can ensure exemplary cash flow management -examples of managing this will be required.
The Finance Manager role is based 100% time in Bracknell.
