Description
The main responsibilities for the Product Credit Controller will be:
- Chasing of outstanding or overdue invoices.
- Reconciling of customer accounts
- Solving of invoice queries
- opening new accounts
- Credit checking new clients and setting credit limits
- Cash allocation
- Gather proof of delivery before chasing invoices
Profile
the successful candidate will:
- Have previous exposure in a collection environment
- Work well within a team environment
- be able to manage large volumes of customers
- Have worked with the hospitality industry before
- Have worked with proof of delivery before
- Have strong communication skills
