Management Accountant

This Management Accountant role will involve Month End, Accruals and Prepayments, Bookkeeping duties, year end accounts, general Forecasting and Budgeting

Client Details

My client are a small to medium sided organisation within the health care sector and have head quarters based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. They are currently seeking a Management Accountant to work closely with their Head of Finance and run their Management Accounts, Budgets and Forecasts, Financial reporting and year end audit prep, whilst also assisting with ad hoc projects. This role offers a lot of exposure and progression, a varied role and the chance to make a difference within a growing organisation.

Description

As a Management Accountant your duties will include:

• Getting invoices signed off based on internal processes
• Assist with year-end statutory accounts
• All Bookkeeping and weekly reconciliations (including Bank, creditors, cash and debtors)
• Monthly management account reporting including variance analysis with budgets and cash flow reporting
• Maintaining records and reports for employee business expenses
• Getting invoices signed off based on internal processes
• Providing general accounting support to Head of Finance

Profile

• Background in a similar role
• Happy to muck in and work for a small company
• Ability to multi task
• Experience of Management Accounts and Bookkeeping is ideal
• Computer literate
