Team/Function Overview: •Manage projects within DevOps and Arch Governance, applying proper project management methodologies. •Identify and manage risks and issues, working with separate teams to create mitigation plans and follow-through to resolution •Manage cross stream dependencies •Partner with development leads to achieve the right blend of project status tracking/reporting with least impact on development •Interface with regional and global stakeholders to facilitate project/program execution Role/Position Overview: Citi is seeking a highly motivated candidate for IT Project Manager, within the MSST/ICG Technology organization.  Opportunity exists for a project management professional in a fast paced technology delivery organization supporting the MSST Data Strategy, DevOps, Arch Governance organization. As the group builds and innovates to expand the current Data strategy, as well as mature the newly created Central Dev Ops/Architecture Governance areas a need to work as a Project Manager to help drive multiple projects is available to partner with technical areas to drive these efforts. Key Responsibilities: •Translate the business requirements and translate them to functional specification and technical design, ensuring full requirements traceability •Co-ordinate with SIT / UAT team for the completion of the testing adhering the standards, coverage of the scope •Organize and facilitate closure of project and complete benefit analysis at the end of the project •Track and drive key project deliverables •Identify and manage risks and issues, working with separate teams to create mitigation plans and follow-through to resolution •Lead project review reporting processes, including analysis and preparation of project dashboards, metrics, and materials Development Value: Be part of a new organization, with access to some of the key programs across MSST while learning about the newest efficiencies driving Technology such as Cloud, Data Strategy and DevOps. Ability to develop, leadership skills and learn about key concepts in Agile frameworks, and fundamental core competencies within project management. Knowledge/Experience: •Responsible for managing projects, of infrastructure or software /web development •Project Management concepts such as milestones, risks and issues, using software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) •Strong team player and work effectively in cross-organization situations •Familiar with working with advanced excel, pivots and reporting •Ability to work independently and multi-task, taking ownership of tasks and using their initiative to produce high quality results •Interface with regional and global stakeholders to facilitate project/program execution Skills: •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency •Demonstrated ability to manage and grow partnerships •Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture •Organization and time management •Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience •Extensive years project management experience, particularly in a global project/program management function within financial services •Must be detailed oriented and be able to dive into the details •Strong communication and presentations skills •Excellent influencing and negotiation skills •Proven execution skills within a complex environment •History of delivery •Microsoft business suite of tools Competencies: •Curiosity and will challenge status quo •Good interpersonal skills with a natural ability to work with and partner with colleagues •Familiarity with Agile framework/ some PM framework • Advanced PowerPoint Presentation skills Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
