Legal Finance Assistant role working with the Financial Controller to produce the Monthly accounts

This Accounts Assistant job is working for a small Law firm based in Holborn. You will have the opportunity to get a broad exposure to all round accounting working in a small finance team with the Financial controller.

Your new role
Accounts Assistant job assisting with the monthly accounts. You will be completing tasks involving Accounts Payable, Receivable, Reconciliations, Payments, Journals and assisting with the month end close. You will be working directly with the Financial Controller and be able to take on more duties as you show capability.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this Accounts Assistant job, you will ideally be studying towards your accountancy qualification (AAT or ACCA / CIMA). You will have a good knowledge of junior finance duties and have worked within an accounts role in the legal sector.
