The Payroll Clerk role will require the candidate to process payroll and assistant with extra HR duties.

Client Details

The client is an exciting sports driven organisation. The office provides a lively environment regularly screening sports games. The client is based in Farringdon.

Description

The key responsibilites of the Payroll Clerk position include:

    • Checking and authorising of all fee, and travel and subsistence claims

    • Working in collaboration with the Logistics team to ensure an efficient claim process

    • Processing of bi-weekly payroll to agreed deadlines

    • Processing, and administration, of pension contributions

    • Acting as a joint system administrator for Focal Point and Select Pay (expense and payroll systems), ensuring the systems are maintained with accurate and complete data

HR

    • Coordinating the Logistics Support Group

    • Maintaining and updating training administration for employees and workforce

    • Coordinate booking of training courses, manage the recording of the training evaluation process

    • Monitoring the HR and Recruitment inbox replying the general queries

  • Assisting the HR Officer and HR Administrative Assistant with the recruitment process, collating application forms and sending on to the recruiting manager

The successful candidate must have:

  • Recent relevant payroll experience
