The Payroll Clerk role will require the candidate to process payroll and assistant with extra HR duties.

The client is an exciting sports driven organisation. The office provides a lively environment regularly screening sports games. The client is based in Farringdon.
Description
The key responsibilites of the Payroll Clerk position include:
- Checking and authorising of all fee, and travel and subsistence claims
- Working in collaboration with the Logistics team to ensure an efficient claim process
- Processing of bi-weekly payroll to agreed deadlines
- Processing, and administration, of pension contributions
- Acting as a joint system administrator for Focal Point and Select Pay (expense and payroll systems), ensuring the systems are maintained with accurate and complete data
HR
- Coordinating the Logistics Support Group
- Maintaining and updating training administration for employees and workforce
- Coordinate booking of training courses, manage the recording of the training evaluation process
- Monitoring the HR and Recruitment inbox replying the general queries
- Assisting the HR Officer and HR Administrative Assistant with the recruitment process, collating application forms and sending on to the recruiting manager
