Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Transactional Manager for a global organisation based in Liverpool. The role will form an integral part of the shared service centre and will initially lead a team of 10 Accounts Clerks.

Client Details

A business services provider with multiple offices globally. The Liverpool shared service centre is responsible for all UK transactions and is expected to grow over the next few years. Description

The Transactional Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the intercompany bank reconciliations
  • Overseeing 10 direct reports responsible for AP, AR, cashiering and bank reconciliations
  • Implement new procedures across the team
  • Maintain key internal and external relationships
  • Set KPIs and goals across the team
  • Become primary contact between SSC and the wider business
  • Become responsible for training, recruitment and HR across the team

Profile

The Transactional Manager must have the following background:

  • Previous of managing a transactional team
  • Strong IT and Excel
  • Previous experience of implementing new procedures and systems within finance
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Job Offer

  • £35000 - £47000 depending on experience
