Description

As Accounts Assistant, your daily duties will include:

  • Processing of purchase ledger and stock invoices
  • Invoice Posting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Company cash reconciliations
  • Dealing with suppliers and stock queries
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Direct Debits, banking

Profile

  • This role would suit someone ready to take the next step into learning a more varied role
  • Previous experience in a similar role dealing with the duties in the job description above
  • the candidate must be an ACCA or CIMA studier - Study support is provided
  • Intermediate Excel - pivot tables and lookups
