Corporate Finance opportunity for a recently Qualified Accountant Your new company A very successful and forward thinking small Practice in Belfast who are in the position to offer a recently Qualified Accountant an exciting Corporate Finance opportunity due to continued growth. They are proving to be a thorn in the side of the larger firms due to their refreshing and effective approach. Your new role You will join the Corporate Finance department working closely with the Partner and Director leading your own Mergers and Acquisitions projects from inception to completion. You will work with a very impressive and diverse portfolio of clients from start up companies to large PLCs with a turnover of £2bn and everything in between. You will be involved in MBOs / MDIs from initiation to building the MBO team and the structure and finance around deals. Due Diligence from both the Buy and Sell side, valuations in a range of industry sectors, Business modelling and re-modelling during the fund raising process and raising both debt and equity What you'll need to succeed You will be a recently Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) and have a keen interest in developing your career by embarking on a new opportunity away from the traditional lines of service. My client is hoping to have conversations with confident and out-going people from a range of different backgrounds from Big 4 specialists to Accountants performing a mixed role in small Practice. Whilst previous experience in CF is not required, a keen interest in this niche field would be desirable.
