Description
As a Management Accountant (Operational) based from the Farnham, Surrey office you will be responsible for:
The preparation of accurate monthly management accounts, ensuring a tight and disciplined month end reporting routine.
Inter-company group reconciliations
Supervision of the Credit Controller and Accounts Assistant and delegation of the appropriate work load
VAT returns ensuring all legislative responsibilities are met
Sales invoicing
Credit control
Purchase ledger
Bank reconciliations
Preparation of annual accounts for external auditor review
Profile
Experience covering the above responsibilities as closely as possible
Experienced with Sage 50 is desirable but not essential and strong Excel skills
Happy with candidates qualified by experience and also happy with candidates studying accountancy qualifications
Due to location candidate must drive
Job Offer
Salary £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, Study Support if required but you don't need to be studying, 20 days holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays, Nest Auto-enrolment pension, free parking. Great progression opportunities
Hours of work 9am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 5.00pm
