Job Description:

Partner with cross–functional teams to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and providing analytical and reporting support for the product category within the Beverage Division. This role will also be responsible for providing pricing guidance and support for the ICE Channel within the Cramer category. This role requires significant collaboration with our Business Unit and functional partners. To accomplish these and other tasks assigned, the individual will need to develop and demonstrate strong cross functional relationships and become a trusted member of the team. As part of this role, the individual will have significant exposure to and direct interaction with our senior management team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

?? Assist in collaborating with product team, sales and supply chain to develop, summarize and report out annual strategic objectives and the related financial impacts.

?? Throughout year, continue to track performance against strategic objectives and assist in developing alternative solutions to achieve Divisional financial objectives.

?? Assist in collaborating with BU team, sales and supply chain to develop, analyze and summarize monthly financial forecasts.

?? Lead research and documentation of variances to benchmarks by collaborating with sales, marketing, demand planning, plant controllers and supply chain.

?? Analyze input cost variables and calculate the pricing needed to achieve margin percent maintenance.

?? Analyze pricing scenarios for new customers and SKU's.

?? Assure pricing integrity.

?? Develop and maintain cost–pass–through models by category and customer for strategic and commodity–based pricing exercises.

?? Assist in coordinating and reviewing costs, savings opportunities, pricing and other key financial metrics for special projects and key customer opportunities

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Communication Skills: ability to communicate financial concepts clearly, to both financial and non–financial audiences. Ability to speak and write concisely and effectively, communicating in a timely manner.

Technical Skills: high level of proficiency with Excel, and solid financial knowledge base required

Reasoning Skills: problem–solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills are key personal attributes

Integrity: the successful candidate will have a reputation for integrity, initiative, perseverance, success, and confidentiality

Personal Interaction: must enjoy working in a collaborative and team–oriented environment. Must be comfortable meeting deadlines, and able to prioritize tasks in a highly dynamic environment. Individual should be comfortable interacting with varying levels of the organization and across different functional groups.

Minimum Experience Preferred (Number of years and type):

?? Minimum three years' experience is preferred

?? Previous financial experience in CPG / Manufacturing environment preferred

?? Experience with SAP or other ERP system (business intelligence) a plus
