Page Personnel are recruiting a Credit Controller to join a fast paced business based in Altrincham.
Client Details
A well established business, which has seen unprecedented growth, are recruiting a Credit Controller to join their team.
I am looking for someone with strong administration, customer service and call centre background to join the team. Full training will be provided.
Description
As a Credit Controller, you will report into the Credit Manager, responsible for the effective collection of all debts and customer payments.
Once trained, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: raising and distributing invoices and credit notes; posting and allocating daily receipts; reporting and forecasting on invoicing and collections; resolving internal and external queries via telephone and email; negotiating payment plans; implementing debt collection procedures on overdue invoices or payments and initiating legal procedures where necessary.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of how a Credit function works - Highly Beneficial
- Have excellent customer service skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Office
- Have a willingness to learn with a flexible attitude and professional approach
Job Offer
