Personal Tax Manager/Senior Manager

Change Public Practice are working with a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants who are looking to add an experience and ambitious Personal Tax Manager or Senior Manager to their team in Edinburgh.

This role offers a varied and interesting Private Client portfolio, and the opportunity to have a hands on, client facing Advisory role where you will have a valued input to your clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has gained strong expertise within Tax, either from a personal tax focus or a mixed tax focus and will have a genuine desire to continue their career in a specialist team. In this role you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio and whilst you will not be tasked with people management, this firm are willing to flex on this for the right individual

Your key responsibilities will be:

Requirements:

· Strong experience in Personal Tax or Mixed Tax
· CTA / CA qualified, or qualified by experience
· Experience of managing your own client portfolio
- Technically strong with Advisory experience
- Strong Tax compliance experience is also key
