1. This position is responsible to manage & support capability building projects and system enhancements for Operations related system and platform. Responsibilities includes:
a. Developing user requirements
b. Test plans
c. Test scripts
d. Performing User Acceptance Test (UAT)
2. This position is also responsible to provide system support (production issues to liaise with IT) and to ensure the system usage is optimal by branch users.
3. To compile and consolidate regular reports to Head of Branch Operations
4. To manage system enhancements so as to meet business requirements within the specified timeline.
5. Prepare relevant documentation comprising of business user requirements, test plans, scripts and conduct user testing, training, and development of user guides.
6. Controlling scope, timeline and budget for projects and system enhancements
7. Support other department's initiative which requires BOD involvement in term of contributing ideas and UAT.
8. Other task related or not related to the job scope assigned by the management time to time.

Qualifications
• Graduate with degree in IT, Multimedia, Business Administration or related subjects
• Business analyst with ability to understand, improve & capture requirements
• Technology savvy with keen interest to build and enhance
• Experience in banking and project management, especially on IT related projects will be an advantage
• Good communication, influencing and analytical skills
• Possess good skills in Microsoft Office
