Senior Tax Manager - Real Estate Company, London

Our client is an internationally renowned Real Estate company currently looking for a Senior Tax Manager to be based in London.

The successful candidate will assist in effectively helping to manage all tax issues arising in the European group, including management of the UK tax function and overseeing the expansion of the group from a tax perspective.

Duties will include helping to identify and implement UK tax planning opportunities, providing expertise in international tax planning on a European basis and representing and advising the group on M&A issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and be ACA/CTA qualified with good experience. International or M&A Tax experience is a minimum, with any Real Estate Tax experience being highly desirable. A detailed knowledge of the UK tax system is also a must.
