A newly created In house tax role within a dynamic, profitable and growing business.
The role covers all UK and European tax compliance as well as involvement in advising on acquisitions, financing, structuring and cross border projects. A significant part of the role will revolve around the Group's transfer pricing strategy, and preparation, maintenance and oversight of transfer pricing documentation and compliance. In addition you will be responsible for the preparation of UK corporate tax returns as well as Group and UK tax accounting work.
Ideally you will be ACA/CTA qualified with at least 3 years practical experience of UK tax compliance and a sound understanding of international tax and transfer pricing.
Enthusiasm and the personality to build relationships with global finance and tax colleagues are essential. Some overseas travel will be required.
Please note that only those applicants who have a legal right to work in the UK and have an appropriate amount of practical relevant UK tax experience will be considered for this role. Additionally candidates who are already registered with us will be automatically considered for this role.
