Office Manager Bookkeeper
Dup–A–Key Locksmith is currently seeking ???an Office Manager Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. Our expanding San Diego company is looking for an outgoing, responsible person to work at our office/retail locations in Pacific Beach and Point Loma. We are looking for a team member who can develop their skills quickly and grow into an office management position. Position available immediately.
Position requires excellent customer service, a positive attitude, problem solving skills, and register experience. Candidate must be able to type 50 WPM. This position requires employee to enter invoices and file. Attention to detail when filing, logging inventory, and solid organization skills are a must. Employee will also be involved in helping customers, and finding solutions to their problems. A positive attitude through this solution process is required. This position will require special on–site training in correct equipment operation. A local Pacific Beach or Point Loma applicant is preferred.
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Helping with customers with key needs, cutting keys, and rekeying locks.
- Previous experience in accounting.
- Fundamental knowledge of Quickbooks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail–oriented
