- Prepare and coordinate due diligence processes

- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including technical, legal and financial advisors

- Liaise with investors and their advisors

- Draft and coordinate internal and external M&A related documents

Requirements:

- 2 to 4 years' experience, ideally a Big 4 professional services background; ideally covering Infrastructure/Energy/Utilities

- Excellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously

- Desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with frequent travel
