You will be respnsible for and not limited to the following:

• Coach individual business units + Champions and Sales Managers on all aspects related to commercial excellence including Key Account Management, Transactional Pricing, Contract Management, Company Negotiation Process and cross-functional team development, identifying value opportunities.
• Organise and lead formal training activities within both the business groups and business unit level associated with the Value Plus program based on content developed by global Value Plus Team
• Attend group and business unit key account mangement annual presentation of their Account Plans to the Executive Management Team
• Coordinate implementation of new systems, procedures and tools.
• Develop and measure performance against business group and business unit program targets
• Identify business and individual needs and tailor programs to most effectively meet those needs.
• Gain support from a broad cross section of functional areas to implement Value Plus programs, e.g. IT & Finance for PMDB implementation
• Creating the right culture to support the business

You will have strong intellectual ability, sales capability, excellent communication (Mandarin and English) , stakeholder engagement and strong influencing skills.
