Financial Analyst (IFRS)

Job Purpose

• To conduct financial analysis by utilizing strong knowledge of accounting and
  financial metrics to explore historical financial data, forecast results and
  financial models to enable decision making and management awareness of financial matrices.

Key Accountabilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Utilize current and past financial performance data from Sipchem and affiliates to derive key analysis and financial forecasts.


• Prepare Group financial statements, consolidated reports and projections based on analysis results.


• Ensure IFRS compliance in financial statements and update annual consolidated financial statements


• Evaluate current capital expenditures and depreciation in collaboration with other entities within finance to report on the financial state of current or proposed assets.


• Explore investment opportunities and conduct financial feasibility analysis to determine expected financial returns.


• Establish and evaluate profit plans by utilizing existing data sets and data simulations.


• Identify trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.


• Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.


• Leverage strong accounting and compliance backgrounds to explore historical financial data, predict future results and drive process and policy improvements.
