Description
The Finance Director will drive all areas of finance. You will be the key point of contact providing financial support to non-finance stakeholders and senior management, whilst taking responsibility for all management accounting activities, improving modelling processes, reviewing and improving long term planning, also full responsibility for budgeting and forecasting. The Finance Director will be constantly improving financial controls and processes as well as managing, mentoring and developing two direct reports.
Profile
For this Finance Director role in Reading we are looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) who can work with non-finance and senior stakeholders within the business, providing decision support and analysis. Experience in a all round, hands on Finance Director position is highly advantageous but not a pre-requisite for this role.
Job Offer
£55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance, Pension, Private medical, Parking on site
