VP/Senior Manager - Asset & Liability Management

Senior Manager/VP level position within top regional bank, team lead for asset and liability management

Your new company
A well-known regional bank with established presence within the Asia region is looking for a new team lead, senior manager / VP level to manage and drive the bank's asset and liability management reporting team.

Your new role
In your new position you will report to the General Manager and Department Head. You will be responsible for creating strategies for the Bank's assets and liabilities and will be instrumental in helping implement these strategies. You will also be asked to complete ALM analysis and make recommendations to the liquidity positions and interest rate. Finally, you will help create processes and procedures that improve capital efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will have more than 10 years of finance experience and at least 6+ in asset & liability management. You will also have a strong track record as a manager and have experience managing staff for more than 3 years. You must have strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
