Job specification

• Working as a senior Accounts Payable Executive as an Assistant to the Accounts Payable Manager
• Processing multicurrency invoices
• Matching batching and coding
• Weekly payment runs to suppliers
• Setting up of new suppliers
• Bank and supplier reconciliations
• Petty cash control
• Control of the AP inbox
• Ensuring the company is SOX complaint and all relevant filling
• VAT calculations
• Month end closing

Profile

The successful candidate will be able to commute to The City with ease and be looking for a long term Accounts Payable Assistant role.

You must have completed an Accounts Payable role previously and be able to run the process from end to end and support the Senior Manager.

This Accounts Payable Assistant role starts immediately and will be offered on a temporary to permanent basis.

Job Offer

In return my client will offer you a an immediately role as an Accounts Payable Assistant based in their HQ in The City.

My client will pay £25-28k dependent on experience in a previous Accounts Payable Assistant role.
