This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in the Retail sector based in Brentwood, Essex. They are a multi-site business, however they are currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant with strong excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, index matching).

They are looking for someone to start as a Assistant Management Accountant in Brentwood to grow the team and assist the finance manager with her reporting and management accounts preparation. The candidate MUST be immediately available to start, with experience in Management Accounts and proficient with Excel.

Description

As an Assistant Management Accountant, your main responsibilities will be:

- Weekly Profit and loss reporting

- Bank reconciliations

- Accruals and prepayments

- Excel reporting - creating spreadsheets and analysing data

- Budgeting and Forecasting

- Month and year end preparation
