Description

As an Assistant Management Accountant/Finance Analyst will be responsible for with key duties of:

• Update and reconciliation of inter-company balances
• Joint Venture account reporting and reconciliation
• Main Contractor account reconciliation
• Wages and accruals journals
• Cost of Sales analysis
• Analysis of overheads and direct costs
• Assist in managing the quarter/month end process
• Involvement in preparation of P&L and balance sheet
• Assist in tax computations
• Forecast reporting and budgeting
• Ad hoc system updating, reporting and analysis

Profile

The successful Assistant Management Accountant/Finance Analyst will:

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Property background essential
• Experience in a multi-site environment
• Strong analytic skills and business acumen
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to critically review and challenge information
• Sage Line 50 experience preferred
• Strong excel skills
