The ideal candidate for this position is a selfstarter who can work well in a fast-paced environment. Apart from secretarial work, the candidate should have preliminary knowledge on analyzing financial data-based information to assist Chairperson to make well informed decisions and monitor financial movements.
Job Description:
Secretarial
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing. - Calendar management - Meeting Arrangements - Prepare agenda, draft minutes etc - Office management - Carrying out background research and presenting findings - Work closely with senior managerial and staff for obtaining information as required by Chairperson. - Providing daily updates to Chairperson on assigned tasks - Reviewing and filtering all correspondences - Ensures an effective document control in place so that documents moving in & out of the Chairperson office is properly tracked and recorded - Typing and transcribing reports - General administrative support
Financial Data Analysis
- Analysing financial data & performance reports to provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance - Identify trends and recommend actions based on sound analysis - Drive process improvement - Supporting the Chairperson on New business / projects feasibility reports and forecasted financial statements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Commerce or equivalent degree in finance field is desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years' experience as Secretary to Senior Management
