Description
The Finance Lead will be responsible for a range of activities including providing Opex analysis and support business cases, conduct strategic planning and lead the budgeting and forecasting process. The Finance Lead will also have responsibility for managing two qualified analysts, as well as looking after a cost base of over a few hundred million pounds.
Profile
For this Finance Lead role we are looking for qualified accountants (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) who have had a management role; and are either in audit now, have made one move from audit ideally into a commercial role, or someone in a commercial role now. Whilst opex experience would be advantageous, it is not a pre-requisite for this role. There is flexibility around this with the client who is open to discussing profiles who are passionate and show that they can be technically moulded into this role.
