Established company based on the outskirts of Horsham seek and Accounts and Admin Assistant to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operrations this role will be rsponsible for the following duties:
*Asssiting with monthly management accounts
*Sales ledger and credit control
*Purchase ledger and expenses
*Bank reconciliations (Multi currency)
*Cashflow
*Inventory management
*Database management
*Support/cover service and contracts administration
*Support/cover liaison and management of worldwise distribution of demo equipment
*Support/cover orders, warehouse and distribution function
*Continual maintenance of the quality system including ISO management
*General office duties
Ideal candidate will have solid account and admin experience and will have previous experience in a similar role. Excellent IT and communication skills are essential as is the ability to prioritise, multi task and work to deadlines.
