Financial Controller

We are pleased to be recruiting for one of our international clients who is looking for a Financial Controller. Working closely with the company Directors this senior position needs a forward thinking confident individual. You will need to be able to hit the ground running in this busy environment. This would suit ambitious, career minded accountant looking to get involved at board level with the growth and explanation of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
- Office Management including supervision and management of staff
- Support Directors in overseeing the day to day running of the business
- Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
- Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
- Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation
