Salary/Rate : £34000 - £35000/annum (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits - Genuine OTE £55K

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Our client is a brand new Equity Release organisation based in state-of-the-art offices in Thorpe Park in Leeds. They are looking to immediately recruit a number of telephone-based Equity Release Sales Advisors, Team Managers, ER Sales Managers, Paraplanners, Equity Release Administrators to join their organisation

We are looking for Equity Release professionals who are passionate and driven in their guidance support to customers.

Equity Release Sales Advisor responsibilities:

• Contact customers offering best advice within FCA guidelines.

• Make recommendations backed up with suitability reports.

• Ideally possess a proven track record of experience in providing equity release advice.

Personal competencies of the Equity Release Sales Advisor:

• You will be either FPC 1,2,3, or Certificate in Financial Planning or fully CeMAP level 3;

• CeRER qualified or equivalent - a distinct advantage;

• A friendly, helpful and committed approach to assisting customers;

Support for the Equity Release Sales Advisor:

Working with dedicated lead generation specialists you will be provided with quality introductions to customers who have a genuine interest in equity release and who have been screened with regards to their suitability and eligibility.

A centralised admin team including paraplanners and equity release administrators are provided, with your own dedicated case handler who manages your cases through to completion; allowing ER advisers to do what they do best - provide great advise.

Earning potential of the Equity Release Sales Advisor:

In return, you can expect a very £Competitive starting salary of up to £35,000 (dependent on experience), with genuine OTE/commission earnings of circa of £55,000+ in the first 12 months which is paid in real-time and not over an extended rolling period.

Referral Fee:

Due to the large number of roles being required by our client - If a candidate is referred by an individual and is successfully appointed a fee of £250 will be paid to the person making the referral.
