Customer Support Executive

We are recruiting for two Customer Support Executives in an exciting Financial Services startup company based in fantastic newly refurbished offices in central Reading.

With the company set to officially launch imminently, we have two roles left in what will be the front line department of the company - the link between the Broker / IFA network and the business itself. You will be looking to build excellent relationships with the Brokers and IFAs through your exceptional customer service, leading to repeat business as they seek to become the go to provider based on responsiveness, honesty and accessibility.

These roles are critical to the long term success for this ambitious company which has secured huge pre-launch funding and has been established by a Senior Management Team that boast some of the industry's biggest names on their collective CVs.
