Keen to join Australia’s leading creative communications agency? Work with exciting global and local brands? We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with the strategic, creative and organisational skills to help take our start-up agency to the next level.  Read on if that is you!

In this role, you will need to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will lead the day-to-day management of one of our key global integrated accounts, whilst supporting others so being adaptable and collaborative is essential. This is an exciting opportunity that will suit someone with the ability to flex to varied demands and manage complex productions with a cool head.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, someone that is constantly curious and invests time to develop their own knowledge and capabilities in the fast-moving digital space.

Qualifications

• Agency experience working with digital service brands is a must, and specific experience in the insurance industry is a bonus
• International experience; in particular working on clients with multi-market campaigns
• Proven track record of successfully leading the day-to-day management of your accounts, capable of thinking outside the box when it comes to delivering non-traditional campaigns or complex workflows
• The ability to manage and deliver multiple, and complex, work streams - particularly across TV, content and digital marketing
• Strong communication skills, along with a collaborative working style and ‘can do’ attitude
• Proven ability to build strong and trusting relationships with clients
• A passion for advertising - you will be interested in industry trends and knowledgeable about campaigns
