We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative/ Sales Assistant to provide day to day support to both the Branch Manager and Team, you must be customer focused, have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service - Phone, email, and face to face
• Assisting customers with quotes and order enquiries
• Working closely with key customers and suppliers to develop and maintain strong and effective relationships
• Stock Management and Merchandising
• Internal Sales and Order Processing
• Offering Technical and Products Advice
• Liaising with Suppliers
• Promoting products through to Electrical Contractor and Major Account Customers
