We Offer Group Operations and GOSD (~4000FTE) The Group Ops and GOSD Financial management team ensure strong control and transparency of our costs and allocations across the group. Through the efficient and effective management, planning, organizing, controlling and reporting of our financial data we aim to reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO) of Operations services. The GFM COO team provides oversight of the COO Management and helps drive strategic initiatives across both Group Operations and GOSD. This role requires an exceptional candidate to successfully deliver Key responsibilities include but are not limited to Oversight of Portfolio and Cost Accounting financials for the Global Financial Management partnering with the COO Management team. Accurate forecasting in HCT and OnePPM (resource allocations, timebookings). Tracking and monitoring of forecast variances (investigate & correct unplanned variances). Monitoring progress to targets. Control of the financial targets ( transfers/reclass-es as needed). Support yearly budget processes. Tracking and controls of CtB & RTB Portfolio view. Reconciliation between CA and Portfolio view (understand and articulate gaps). Support hiring process for COO Management. Accurate headcount tracking for GFM (work directly with COO leads). Support WFS initiatives, track implantation and report on the relevant performance indicators. Co-ordinate and maintain GDH and Organizational structures for GFM (inc Re-org plans). Active contribution into strategic initiatives and produce presentations for senior management. Act as deputy to GFM COO. Other ad hoc deliveries/projects as assigned. Open to discussing flexible/agile working. You Offer Portfolio/financial management/PMO/COO experience with 2 years experience work experience, ideally in a financial institution. Self-starter who can work effectively even if located remote from other members of their team. Solid leadership, client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with ability to effectively communicate with partners at all levels. Superb Communication skills oral and written (Inc. English). Ability to build concise and clear consolidated reports and visual presentations to communicate to senior management. High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent planning and analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills and proven track record of delivery. Good understanding of portfolio/program/project management skills in transformational/change organizations. Degree in Information Technology, Financial Accounting, Business Administration or a related subject. Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding environment. Solid team player. Preferred Knowledge of OnePPM (Clarity) and SharePoint is a plus. Structured Project Management skills, Prince2, PMI or any other certification within project management.
