Overview

We want to create good homes by making home improvement accessible for everyone. Our ambition is to become the leading home improvement company. To deliver our ambition, we need to act as one company, which we will do by building on the already strong local identities, teams and communities across all our retail brands and functions. We are investing in working better together, to make the most of our scale and to better serve our customers.

We are creating a new function; our Offer & Supply Chain team means that for the first time we'll sell the same unified ranges across all nine Operating Companies. We're investing in our own unique and exclusive products and using our global buying power to source all our products more cost-effectively and in the same way from a wide range of international suppliers. And we will distribute them more efficiently through a single, simplified, company-wide logistics network. With greater control over our supply chain, we can set prices consistently across all our brands using the insight and expertise of our people.

Working in partnership with our new function sits a newly formed Finance team where we are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join us on our journey.
