Accounts Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Assistant to join a dynamic and friendly team based in Bromborough. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to further develop their skills, and obtain a career in accountancy.

This is a permanent- full time position working 39.5 hours per week.

Salary offered is between £18,000-£24,000 depending on experience.

Day to day duties will include:

• Preparation of limited company and sole trader accounts
• Bookkeeping
• Preparation of in depth management accounts to a review stage.
• VAT returns
• Personal and corporation tax returns
• Dealing with clients and answering any queries.

To be successful in this position you must have:

• At least 3 years' experience in a accountancy practice.
• AAT qualification.
• Experience of using SAGE, Iris, Excel and Kashflow.

It is essential that you hold a full clean driving licence as you will be expected to travel to client offices.
