A great opportunity for an experienced Liability Claims Handler seeking a Senior Claims role.
The Senior Claims Handler will be responsible for handling a portfolio of Employers and Liability Claims through to settlement. This will include investigation and management of claims, reserving, guiding and supporting lesser experienced Claims Handlers and liasing with internal and external stakeholders.
Liability Claims experience is essential gained from either a Claimant or Defendant background. Knowledge of relevant protocols, legislation, case law, and regulation is also required.
