Finance Director

Harper May is currently working with a rapidly growing brewery and bar chain. The company, based in Central London, are seeking an established Finance Director to lead their team. My client currently has 30 sites in London and is looking to open 5 exclusive members' sites next year to expand on their £90 million turn over. The Finance Director will have a position of extensive responsibility, offering guidance and overseeing the day-to-day running of the finance function. The successful candidate will be fully qualified and must have new site opening experience.

Key responsibilities:

* Leading the finance team of 5
* Business partnering closely with Managing Director and individual site managers to analyse trends and performance
* Creating detailed mid and long term financial models
* Developing new business opportunities
* Implementing and improving first class systems and controls
* Balance sheet forecasting, including cash flow forecasting
* Full control of reporting and statutory compliance across the group

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Must be fully qualified
* Must have multi-site experience
* Highly commercial experience
* Highly motivated and pro-active self starter
