Advivo are working with progressive SME based in Birmingham in search for a Sales Ledger Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a dynamic role involved in all aspects of sales ledger and reporting.

My client is relatively open on salary, general budget is circa £22,000 to £24,000 plus benefits. My client offers a relaxed office environment, friendly and family type culture.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Own the accounts receivables work streams
  • Managing the ledger ensuring all debt is collected within SLA's
  • Cash allocations and collections
  • Revenue Recognition
  • Support the senior manager prepare board level packs related to sales
  • Ongoing system configuring and improvements
  • General accounts administration
  • Adhoc office support

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience of working within sales ledger is key
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders and suppliers
  • Willing to work autonomously and report back to stakeholders
  • Willingness to get stuck in during busy periods
  • Keen to support the progress of the organisation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is imperitive
