Blackrock College wishes to recruit an experienced Cleaning/Accommodation Manager.  The College has a population of circa 1,000 students and 120 staff.  It also incorporates a boarding house of approx. 100 students and a resident community of 20 priests. Candidates must be available to start within 4 to 6 weeks.  The individual will be a “self-starter” with experience in maintaining accommodation to the highest standards and managing household staff. General responsibilities include the following: Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the College, Boarding, and Community areas. Exceptional attention to detail is essential as well as the ability to work on their own initiative. Must be able to work as part of a team. Must have extensive previous housekeeping experience. Must be flexible with regards to hours and the changing needs of the school. Provide housekeeping services when school is made available to outside groups. Co-ordinate and provide services for school events throughout the year. The successful candidate must be Garda vetted and approved. Closing date for applications is:  Friday, July 6th
