Longueville House are currently recruiting an excperienced Head Waiter to assist Management in the day to day running of a well regarded Country House and Restaurant. The position requires a bright, enthusiastic, reliable, efficient. energetic & self motivated individual. Requirements. Excellent communication skills, self motivated and able to work in a small harmonious team environment. Strong Leadership skills Ability to demonstrate good people management skills and provide excellent customer service.
