Assistant Manager, MIS Project Management
- Part of the Finance team that partners IT in the day-to-day operations of the MIS System (OFSAA) to produce the management reports
- Maintain the calculation parameters (e.g. reporting hierarchies, funds transfer pricing (FTP) rates) in MIS system
- Develop and document business performance measures (e.g. FTP, cost allocation, risk capital attribution) in the MIS system •
- Reconcile data between Financial Datamart and General Ledger •
- Participate in the IT system projects that includes upgrading current systems, enriching data mart with new product data, enhancing management reports and rolling out centralized MIS system in the subsidiaries and branches •
- Data mining the financial data mart to support information requests from business units
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy •
- At least 2 years working experience in Financial or Management Reporting function in Finance Department preferably in a Financial Institution, with strong inclination towards working on data and IT systems •
- Working experience related to the day-to-day running, maintenance and development of finance reporting systems will be an advantage •
- Possesses positive attitude, is self-motivated and energetic
