Accounts Payable Analyst VANRATH are currently recruiting for an Purchase Ledger Clerk for one of our clients, a premium manufacturer based in Ballyclare. The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will be a productive individual with excellent attention to detail who is seeking a role in a fast paced, professional working environment. Responsibilities Maintain Accounts Payable ledger, ensuring all invoices have received appropriate approval and invoices paid within their credit terms. Production of month-end financial reports Cash book postings Creditor statement reconciliations Bank account reconciliations The Ideal Candidate At least two years' experience of working in a busy finance environment with direct involvement in accounts payable activities. Experience of Managing a portfolio of suppliers. Experience of month-end procedures. A high level of proficiency on MS Office applications including Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
