As a Credit Controller at British Engineering Services you will be joining an established team in our vibrant, modern office based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. You will be responsible for a portfolio of key brokered accounts covering both our UK and Irish markets, looking after all day to day cash collection/allocations and ledger maintenance. You'll be able to demonstrate excellent relationship management and commercial awareness.

**What will you be doing?**

As a Credit Controller at British Engineering Services you will:

- Chase payment of invoices via telephone, email and letter
- Allocate customer receipts and reconcile accounts
- Take ownership of account queries, resolving and responding in a timely manner
- Issue monthly statements

You will also be expected to develop strong relationships with both your customer group (brokered accounts) and our internal teams.

**What are we looking for?**

You will be an experienced Credit Controller who also offers:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working with customers to resolve queries in a professional manner
- The ability to find solutions and problem solve
- Comfortable collaborating with others to drive success and to meet monthly targets and deadlines

Although not essential, it would be desirable if you are able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Navision and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
