We are currently seeking to recruit a Duty Manager with experience in hotel restaurants, bars, C&B areas. The role: It will be an interesting and varied role taking in all departments within the hotel and working closely with all departments Responsibilities will include: Supporting departments in the day to day operation of the hotel Guests relations, dealing with guests queries and requests. Supervising departments where necessary as business levels determine General health and safety of guests and team members during the shift The ideal candidate: You will be professional and enthusiastic. Ideally candidates will have either previous /supervisory experience in a hotel environment Good computer skills and the ability of communicating fluently in English are also criteria for the job. You must be able to work on your own initiative, with the ability to lead and direct a large team. Excellent customer care skills are essential Please note that shift and weekend work will be required Hotel experience( to at least supervisory level is essential)
