Commercial Manager - Dublin - Global Distributor Exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to work closely with the management team to ensure procedures are in place to drive margin for the business Responsibilities Identify increased margin opportunities and working with the front line to implement what has been identified. Managing our Tender and Quotation process. Working with Category Managers to help the front line with product offering and market price. Customer Gap analysis. Ensuring PA's and managed and reviewed by the Commercial Finance Team. Manage ERP costing system. To deliver coaching/training as required. To efficiently and accurately process all administrative duties within remit on time against daily/weekly and monthly cut offs. Understanding of Data Analytics. Client Own Brand development, sales & margin growth. Commercial Report writing and management. Meetings with Suppliers with regard to Margin improvement and growth initiatives. Ensure Commercial Function is managed in a professional manner. Ensure quality of data, within the ERP. Tender Management and Control Recruit, induct, train, and retain staff of the required number and caliber Continuously assess staff against indentified performance criteria and address issues of performance and conduct within the branch and deal with these by applying clients HR policies. Ensure all training requirements are met and regularly reviewed. Secession planning Skills & Competencies ACTIVE LEADERSHIP Provides support and technical development to relevant individuals.
