Tax lawyer/Associate This is an opportunity to join the Tax Group of one of Ireland's best law firms, advising leading corporations and financial institutions doing business in and from Ireland.   The firm is interested in speaking with qualified tax professionals at the 0-5 PQE and who has been working within the tax group of an internationally focused professional services firm. About the role This is a broad role where you will have the opportunity to be involved across a range of commercial transactions: The Tax group primarily advises on: International tax and cross border planning for corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment into Ireland  Capital markets and structured finance transactions Investment banking and banking transactions Private equity transactions Transfer pricing Asset and project finance for international and domestic aircraft and equipment Mergers, acquisitions, demergers and floatations VAT and indirect taxes and advisory services Real estate tax Tax controversy and tax litigation About the person You have a strong academic track record Strong tax advisory background gained in another professional services firm in Ireland or UK You are highly analytical with excellent verbal and written communication skills You are hardworking and resilient You are highly client focused and committed to consistently exceeding client expectations You are collaborative, with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships Opportunity work across a variety of tax advisory projects, across financial and non-financial services sectors unrivalled career progression opportunities to develop your career to Senior Associates and Partner level Market leading remuneration packages Interested candidates should speak with Brian Carroll 0n 01 2314694 or email him directly.
